A multi-legged, Goliath-class machine lifeform. This unit is equipped with two massive blades for close-combat encounters, while its black body is covered in mysterious white symbols.

Gameplay

Stage 1 Basic blade attacks enhanced with high powered lasers. Energy wave attacks. A Linked-sphere Type: Gun-equipped machine (which can be destroyed), attached to the unit fires basic energy projectiles.
Stage 2 Basic blade attacks enhanced with high powered lasers. Energy wave attacks. Multiple Linked-sphere Type: Gun-equipped machines (which can be destroyed), attached to the unit fire basic energy projectiles as well as perform quick melee attacks.
Stage 3 Powerful blade attacks enhanced with high powered lasers. Energy wave attacks. Multiple Linked-sphere Type: Gun-equipped machines (which can be destroyed), attached to the unit fire a vast array of energy projectiles as well as perform quick melee attacks in unison.

Notes

• This unit is encountered during 17-07.
• A high-powered variant of the previous multi-legged machine So-Shi.
• The player's perspective will constantly from A2 to 9S as he takes on his own Goliath-class enemy.
• Ko-Shi will unleash new attacks once a health threshold is met. This will happen several times throughout the fight.
• Throughout the encounter, many other units such as the Multi-leg Medium Model: Long-range will also try to kill the player.

• Its name is the Japanese reading of Confucius (孔子).
