A multi-legged, Goliath-class machine lifeform. This unit is equipped with a firearm unit for long-range combat, while its white body is covered in mysterious black symbols.

Gameplay

Attacks
Stage 1 Large array of frontal cone energy projectiles. Tracking missiles.
Stage 2 Large array of frontal cone energy projectiles. Tracking missiles. Small Linked-sphere Type: Drill-equipped machines are ejected out in rapid succession in a stabbing motion.
Stage 3 Large array of frontal cone energy projectiles. Tracking missiles. Deadly high powered lasers performed while rapidly spinning. Huge area slam attacks.

Notes

• This unit is encountered during 17-07.
• A high-powered variant of the previous multi-legged machine Boku-Shi.
• The player's perspective will constantly switch from 9S to A2 as she takes on her own Goliath-class enemy.
• Ro-Shi will unleash new attacks once a health threshold is met. This will happen several times throughout the fight.
• Throughout the encounter, many basic units such as the Small Flyer will also try to kill the player.

• Its name is the Japanese reading of Laozi (老子), a Chinese philosopher.
