YoRHa Type G No.22 is one of the eight leading characters in the NieR:Automata YoRHa Boys stage play, who was also later included in the novel by the same name.

- In an interview, Hiroki Terasaka was asked about what kind of bird he imagined soaring overhead in the production of the scene where No.22 was pointing one out, to which he replied, "A peacock."
